Meet Elizabeth Melchione, Founder
Junction Therapy Group was founded by Elizabeth Melchione, a therapist, veteran, educator, and relationship specialist who believes people deserve more than surface-level conversations about healing.
Elizabeth's work is rooted in a simple truth: most people are trying their best with tools they were never given.
Drawing from clinical expertise, military experience, trauma-informed care, relationship therapy, and a deep understanding of human behavior, Elizabeth helps clients move beyond shame and self-blame to create meaningful and sustainable change.
What started as a private practice has grown into a larger vision: building a team of clinicians who are committed to honest conversations, practical skills, and helping people function better in their relationships, careers, families, and lives.
